All items ship within 36 - 48 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday. This allows enough time for fulfillment, as all our products are handcrafted to order.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your selection at the time of order.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS & TIMES

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method used, commonly it takes 2-5 business days to arrive upon shipment.
NOTE: USPS is currently experiencing delivery delays, so keep that in mind when choosing shipping option.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your package size, weight and shipping method you choose at checkout. You will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your order.

RETURN POLICY

Our products are handcrafted to order and we ensure they are of the highest quality. Since personal care products cannot be restocked, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the products are damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged product(s) and the package it was shipped in. Damaged products will be replaced. Shipping cost are not refunded. Finally, if you notice something is wrong with your order please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can work through the issues together.
