How soon is my order processed?

All items ship within 36 - 48 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday. This allows enough time for fulfillment, as all our products are handcrafted to order.

Where is my order?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information or click here for USPS, or here for UPS tracking information, and receive tracking updates on your orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method used, commonly it takes 2-5 business days to arrive upon shipment.

What are your shipping methods?

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on your selection at the time of order.

What is your return policy?

Our products are handcrafted to order and we ensure they are of the highest quality. Since personal care products cannot be restocked, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if the products are damaged during shipping, please send a photo so we can submit a claim to USPS or UPS. Broken products will be replaced. Shipping costs are not refunded. Finally, if you notice something is wrong with your order please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can work through the issues together.
